M&M 3rd Ed: City of Angels Episode 0 – The Angels are Born

With the slaughter of the super hero group known as The Rebels, the City of Angels plummeted into a state of chaos where villains ran the streets and the average Joe and Jane were easy prey.  However, after refocusing the Compact has selected a group of local heroes to restore order and bring the city back under control, enter The Guardian Angels.  With varied powers from super speed to mind control, duplication to a battle suit, the Angels are ready and able to take the fight to the streets.

This is the Character Creation Session.

Rippers: Merry Olde London Episode 18 – Pumpkin King’s Patch, End Season 1

The rippers have finally tracked their elusive target to his home turf, a strange and eerie field that seems to reside in a farm that no longer exists in this reality.  The rippers now have a chance to face off with their long standing enemy, Pumpkin Jack, leader of the Scarecrows and member of the Cabal.  Will the heroes be able to finally put down the immortal Jack or will they become the next in line to be turned into Scarecrows?

Gen Con 2011 – Square Shooters

Gen Con 2011 – Tasty Minstrel Games

Gen Con 2011 – Gamers for Humanity

Ethan had the chance to talk to Gamers For Humanity, a charity organization at Gen Con 2011.  Gamers For Humanity does a lot of work with other charitable organizations and has several projects to help get board games and video games into homes after natural disasters.  They do great work and help support volunteer work around the globe.

Gen Con 2011 – Pinnacle Entertainment Seminar

Ethan had the chance to sit in on the Pinnacle Entertainment seminar at Gen Con 2011.  Pinnacle Entertainment went over their plans for their various game lines, including Deadlands Reloaded and the long awaited Hell on Earth Reloaded.  Also in attendance at the seminar were the licensees of the Savage Worlds game system, including Reality Blurs, Savage Mojo, and many others, and they detailed what they have in store for their various product lines.

About Pinnacle Entertainment

Pinnacle began in 1994 with Fields of Honor (a historical miniatures game) and The Last Crusade (a collectible World War 2 card game designed by John R. Hopler).

Certainly what we're best known for is Deadlands, which has now been going strong since 1996. Deadlands has appeared as a roleplaying game, a miniatures game, a collectible card game, a collectible disk game, and a comic book. The roleplaying game can be found in its original "classic" edition, in the d20 system, and "Reloaded" for our current house system,Savage Worlds. It has also been translated into Steve Jackson Games' popular GURPs system.

Ethan had the chance to sit in on the Fantasy Flight Games seminar detailing their current plans and announcements for the third largest game company in the world.
